How the circular
loop functions.
Recre8india Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. runs a structured recycling system that turns construction and demolition waste into valuable resources for road base, concrete mixing, paving, and filling works.
Waste Collection
Waste Collection
C&D waste is collected from demolition and construction sites. Mixed debris including concrete, bricks, soil, and murum is transported to our processing facility for segregation.
Crushing & Screening
Crushing & Screening
The debris undergoes mechanical crushing and size-based screening. Larger pieces become recycled aggregates, while finer particles are processed into M-sand and rubble filling material.
Washing & Grading
Washing & Grading
Crushed material is washed to remove dust, clay, and impurities, then graded by size. Clean M-sand is prepared for concrete and paving, while aggregates are sorted for road base.
Product Manufacturing
Product Manufacturing
Graded materials are converted into finished products including paver blocks, bricks, and road dividers. Soil and murum are reserved for brick-making and low-grade filling applications.
Delivery to Market
Delivery to Market
Recycled aggregates, M-sand, paver blocks, and rubble material are supplied to infrastructure, landscaping, and building projects — completing the circular loop.
Responsible Processing Standards
Our facilities follow CPCB technical guidelines and MoEFCC C&D Waste Rules, 2016 to minimize environmental impact while maximizing material recovery.
Dust Suppression
Water sprinklers, covered conveyors, and dust barriers keep particulate matter within permissible limits as per CPCB guidelines.
Water Recycling
Washing water is collected in settling tanks, treated, and reused in the processing loop to minimize freshwater consumption.
Green Belt
Tree plantations and green buffers around facilities help absorb dust, reduce noise, and restore local ecology.
Compliance Monitoring
Regular air, water, and noise monitoring ensures operations stay within MoEFCC C&D Waste Rules and SPCB standards.
Authorized C&D Processing Network
A network of collection hubs and recycling plants across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, designed to handle large volumes of C&D waste with full regulatory compliance.

Recycling process questions
What is the C&D waste recycling process?
Recre8 India recycles in five stages: GPS-tracked collection, crushing and screening, washing and grading, product manufacturing (pavers, bricks), and delivery of certified recycled materials.
What is the recycling rate?
Recre8 India achieves a 96.4% recycling rate, diverting over 48,000 tonnes of C&D waste from landfill and saving approximately 12,940 tonnes of CO2.
What standards do recycled products meet?
Recycled aggregates conform to IS 383 standards for coarse and fine aggregates, processed through crushing, screening, washing, and grading.
How is waste tracked?
Every load is GPS-tracked from collection site to facility and logged at source, enabling full traceability and BRSR/GRI 306 compliance reporting.
What is the facility capacity?
The Navi Mumbai Hub has a 2,000 tonnes per day (TPD) capacity, serving the Mumbai Metropolitan Region within 100 km.
